Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for booking with us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and booking changes work for our apartments located in DHA Phase 8 and Phase 4.

By making a booking on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. No Physical Returns

Since we provide accommodation services, not physical products, there are no returns or product exchanges. This policy only covers booking cancellations and refunds.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. You may cancel your booking under the following rules:

Free Cancellation (Before Check-In Time)

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before check-in and receive a full refund.
  • Refund will be processed to the same payment method used during booking.

Late Cancellation

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before check-in, one night’s stay may be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-Show

  • If you do not arrive on your check-in date and do not inform us, the booking amount is non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • Your booking was canceled within the allowed time.
  • Your payment was deducted twice (duplicate payment).
  • The apartment was not available due to a management issue.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • You leave early after check-in.
  • You cancel late or do not show up.
  • You violate house rules and are asked to leave.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Changing Your Booking

You can request to change dates, update guest details, or upgrade apartments by contacting us:

  • Changes depend on apartment availability.
  • Price differences may apply.

7. Special Conditions

In rare cases such as:

  • maintenance issues,
  • emergency repairs,

we may offer:

  • full refund, or
  • a free upgrade within Phase 8 or Phase 4, depending on availability.
